This telling of the life of King David used a deer to represent the Spirit of God and was adapted from a traditional dance performed by the Yaqui people of northern Mexico.
Children and adult volunteers from both Catholic and Protestant backgrounds joined together to tell the story of King David using Mexican artistic and musical traditions common to both communities.
